Qi Gong moving meditation was created in ancient times both as a spiritual and a health practice. Qi Gong consists of a series of gentle breathing and movement techniques designed to promote health and relaxation. Through making the breath long and deep, and our movements slow and attentive, we can cultivate our internal awareness. Experience greater flexibility and increased vitality with these ancient exercises!
Classes are taught in Ohlone Middlefield Park, in Berkeley, at Hearst and California St on Wednesdays at 9am
